Sherry Rhoads, 67, of Clyde passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 at her home. She was born in Kenton, OH on May 9, 1950 the daughter of William and Beatrice (Watson) Swanigan. Sherry married Carl Rhoads on February 1, 1969 in Fremont; He preceded her in death on April 20, 2017.
Sherry enjoyed watching Westerns, playing Mahjong, shopping, playing with her “Grand” dogs, Lil and Sophie, and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Kim (Cale) Renfro of Clyde; brother, Carl Swanigan; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Sherry is preceded in death by her grandson, Taylor Rhoads; and siblings, Delores Gallagher and Charles Swanigan Sr.
Friends and family will be received Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 1-3 p.m. at Foos Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Highway, Clyde.
