To April Hafner and family :
I found a lovely poem I wanted to share with you. Hope it brings you comfort.
I MADE IT HOME
I just wanted to let you know I made it home.
Everything is so pretty here, so white, so fresh, so new. I wish you could close your eyes and see it too.
Please try not to be sad for me. Try to understand. God is taking care of me... I am in the shelter of his hands.
Here there is no sadness, and no sorrow, and no pain. Here there us no crying, and I'll never hurt again.
Here it is so peaceful when all the angels sing. I really have to go for now... I've just got to try my wings.

Deepest condolences,
Angie and Maddie Galloway

I was very sad to see about the passing of Dave "Cricket" Hafner in the paper today. I knew him when I played softball with the Schlessman Seed team and also from some of the other Monroeville and Havana area teams back in the 70's. He was a real original, very well liked, respected by all and a big part of the overall personality of those winning teams. I hope that you will be comforted by all the good memories of Dave and also by knowing that he was a good and loyal friend to many of the people who knew him and shared activities with him over the years. With most sincere condolences, Steve Hester.
