I would like to share a little memory Charlie and George have heard a few times. The first time I met Papa Chuck, George and I went fishing on Chuck's boat. We weren't catching much so I decided to crack open a beer got into my cooler opened it and soon as Chuck heard the can open he looked at me with a serious look on his face and said this is a dry boat we don't drink on this boat. I didn't know what to do. So I said oh sorry and I went to put the beer back in my cooler George looked at me and said no , he's just messing with you. I looked over at Big Chuck and that smile you see in this picture on this Memorial is the same smile that he gave me. I always enjoyed talking to him whether it was in a boat sitting in the cornfield dove hunting or just sitting around the camp fire. He was a very giving and caring man. He is the type of husband, father and grandfather all men should strive to be. Myself as anyone that met this man is going to miss him deeply. Until we meet again, rest well Big Chuck. ”
