Elizabeth Mann

Elizabeth “Betty” Mann, 72, of Ypsilanti, MI and formerly of Bellevue passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 at her home. She was born March 4, 1945 in Bellevue the daughter of the late Charles & Bertha (Missler) Manlet.

Elizabeth (Betty), was a graduate of Bellevue High School. She has been employed at Comprehensive Breast Center in Ann Arbor MI as an office coordinator for 13 years and was recently promoted to office manager. Her love and dedication for her work was respected by all. She had an energy for life and a caring nature that always put her family and friends first, giving her heart and soul to all those around her. She loved her grandchildren more than anything. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her son, Timothy (Karen) Mann of Clarkston, MI; daughter, Candace (Jay) Woods of Saline, MI; 5 Grandchildren: Kyle, Connor, Allison, Jake and Jack; brothers: Eugene (Diane) Manlet and Robert (Wendy) Manlet, both of Bellevue; sisters, Jackie (Marty) Shelley of Bellevue, Cheryl (Kenneth) Shaver of Bellevue, Carol (Charlie) Daniels of Bellevue, and Helen (George) Smith of Norwalk.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Jaqueline Mann and sister, Mary Stieber.

Friends will be received on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 1:30 p.m. until a funeral service officiated by Rev. Jonathan Wight begins at 3:00 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. Burial will follow at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
