Designed unlike any funeral home in the area.  Our buildings are special places, well appointed, welcoming, and home-like settings to gather for a formal funeral service or a laid back celebration.

The heart of every home is the kitchen. It seems that every important family gathering ends up in the kitchen and usually involves food and drinks.  We understand this and have included a true home like-kitchen, not a kitchenette, in our funeral homes.  They are well equipped and we encourage families to bring food and drinks just as they do for other family gatherings for the time they are here.  Just like home it’s not uncommon for there to be more people gathering in the kitchen than elsewhere in the building.

We believe children of all ages should attend this important family event but it shouldn’t be a scary or terrible experience.  It’s a time to gather, remember and celebrate.  Our children’s rooms are a place to play with cousins and other family members they may not see too often.  They include Xbox, televisions and mounds of toys.  We have learned that children process death in tiny doses often going from the children’s room to the chapel as they need.  The rooms are situated that they are close to where our staff can monitor them and far enough away that they don’t necessarily ever see the chapel.

Our chapel rooms are spacious and do not appear as large hall-like settings.  They are used for visitations and then easily converted to a chapel setting for a funeral and memorial celebrations.  A large screen television in each room allows the family and guests to view and enjoy the lifetime in a day custom video.

Offer an intimate setting for the immediate family to get away to relax and eat without being in the public eye, even if just for a welcome few minute break.  Some people choose to gather here just to talk with family or friends they haven’t seen for a while. 

Not just a welcoming entrance but another large gathering place for people to relax and visit.
