Willie K. Fultz, age 87 of Clyde, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky. Willie was born September 5, 1932 in Clyde, the son of the late Frank and Magdalen (Nick) Fultz. Willie married Shirley (Tressler) Fultz on August 6, 1953 in Clyde. She preceded him in death on October 14, 2019.
Willie served in the United States Navy during the Korean Conflict. He worked on the railroad for many years and was known as a jack-of-all-trades performing many other jobs.
Willie is survived by his children: Dan (Holly) Fultz of Bellevue, Dave Fultz of Constantine, MI, Dean (Lucy) Fultz of Leesville, SC, and Deann Fultz of Clyde; grandchildren: Ian, Barry, Heather, Christopher, Zachary, Willie, Jamie, Sahen, and Gideon; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Larry Fultz of Clyde; and sisters: Faye Hunley of Bellevue, Carole Fultz of Bellevue, Mary Jo (Richard) Ulman of Clyde, and Linda (Larry) Hall of Clyde.
In addition to his parents and wife, Willie is preceded in death by his sisters: Joann Berberick, Joyce Wadams, and Sandy Gurney; and grandson, Lucas James.
Willie’s services will be held privately.
