William J. Jones

William J. Jones, 63, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at his home.  He was born April 16, 1961 in Alexandria, Virginia the son of Walter and Margie (Bohman) Jones.  

Bill was employed as a manager for the Family Entertainment Group.  He was hardworking and could fix anything.  He enjoyed spending time in his garage “puttering,” and if he wasn’t in his garage, he was outside.  He loved tending to his yard and garden as well as fishing, visiting nearby reservoirs and quarries, and riding around on his 1976 Schwinn bicycle.  He was also passionate about reading, listening to music, and anything “original” Star Trek.  Most of all, Bill loved his family and friends, and made friends with anyone who crossed his path.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda (Rudolph), whom he married October 24, 1994 in Bellevue; son, Joshua Jones of Seattle, WA; daughter, Anna Jones of Londonderry, OH; mother, Margie Jones of Bellevue, OH; and brother, Allen Jones of Bellevue, OH.

William is preceded in death by his father, Walter.

A private celebration of life will be held.  Foos & Foos Funeral Service, Bellevue, is assisting with arrangements.
