William M. Biggins, 56, of Norwalk passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Mercy St. Charles Hospital in Oregon, Ohio. He was born December 20, 1964 in Conneaut, Ohio the son of William J. and Antonette (Bartone) Biggins.
William was a 1983 graduate of Bellevue High School and a 1987 graduate of Bowling Green State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing and research. William grew up an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing “ball” with his brothers and father. He was an avid fan of The Ohio State University as well as the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed fishing with his brothers and was always in pursuit of the “big” walleye. William loved family; he was a great husband, and always put his family first in any situation, his kindness and generosity will be missed.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa (Hall) whom he married on May 31, 2008 at the chapel on the campus of BGSU; his parents, William J. and Antonette Biggins of Bellevue; brothers, Edward (Susie) Biggins of Cincinnati, Shawn E. (Anita) Biggins of Sandusky, and Steven (Jolene) Biggins of Fremont; Father and Mother-in-law, Julis and Ida Hall of Wakeman; his special brothers-in-law, Mike Hall and Robert Hall, both of Wakeman; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
William is preceded in death by his aunt, Phyllis (Dean) Dickinson.
Private funeral services with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Norwalk will be observed. Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue is in care of arrangements.
