William R. Ball

William Ball, 75, of Bellevue passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Bellevue Care Center.  He was born March 7, 1943 in Bellevue the son of Robert and Doris Ball. 

Bill was employed by and retired from International Metal Hose.  He enjoyed his lawn business, cooking, animals, and relaxing in his comfortable chair at home.  He was a member of Eagles Aerie 490. 

He will be remembered for his bright smile and kindness that made everyone feel welcome.

He is survived by his wife, Jean Ann (Rickley) Ball; son, Gregory (Elidia) Ball; granddaughter, Kimberly; great-granddaughters: Josephine and Joss; a sister Marcia Haywood; stepbrothers, Denny (Tina) Wolf and Gordon Wolf, nephews; Mathew and Shane Fouty and best friend, Ken Reis.

He is preceded in death by his parents; step-father Larry Wolf; and step-brother, Rick Wolf.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2018 from4 – 7 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.  Burial will be at Bellevue Cemetery at a later date.

The family would like to thank Denise and Eric Bullion & Family for begin wonderful neighbors to Jean Ann and Bill; and a very special thank you to Stein Hospice and the nurse’s at Bellevue Care Center for their outstanding care.
