Tina Sberna

Tina Sberna, 77, of Bellevue passed away Friday, June 10, 2022 at The Willows at Bellevue.  She was born May 18, 1945 in Sant’ Agata di Militello, Sicily, the daughter of Carmelo and Anna (Zingale) Sberna.

Tina worked for the GE Lamp Plant in Bellevue until its closure and retired from the Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde.  She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Bellevue and enjoyed cooking and baking.

Tina is survived by her two brothers: Sam (Kathleen) Sberna of Venice, FL and Frank (Gail) Sberna of North Ridgeville, OH; and nieces and nephew: Shannon, Nick, Monica, Angela, Anna, Tess; and great-nieces, Stephanie and Gabriella.

Tina is preceded in death by her parents; maternal grandparents: Francesco and Maria (D’Anna) Zingale; and paternal grandparents, Salvatore and Benedetta (Gumina) Sberna.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 10 a.m. until a funeral Mass begins at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 231 E. Center Street, Bellevue.  Burial will follow at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
