Thomas B. McPeak, 78 of Bellevue, OH, passed away Sunday, November 16, 2025, at his home. Tom was born May 30, 1947, in Wheeling, WV, the son of the late Brian McPeak and Dora (DeVault) Fay.
Tom lived a full and active life, grounded in community, family, and the things he loved most. A longtime and proud member of the Bellevue Eagles, he enjoyed the camaraderie and friendships he built there over the years. He found joy in simple pleasures—whether he was out golfing, spending time hunting, or tending to his yard with the same care and pride he brought to everything he did.
Tom cherished traveling with his late wife, Judi, and together they were fortunate enough to visit Ireland twice, a place that held special meaning for them both. In his younger years, he was a talented featherweight Golden Glove boxer, a testament to his determination and competitive spirit. He later shared that same spirit with local youth, coaching football for ICS and the Bellevue Bears.
Above all, Tom’s greatest love was his family. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and he treasured every moment spent with them. His legacy lives on in the laughter, lessons, and love he leaves behind.
Tom is survived by his children: Sheri (Michael) Ammanniti of Bellevue, and Tom (Lisa) McPeak of Bellevue; grandchildren: Tommy (Kennedy) McPeak, Mariah (Dylan) Fultz, Dakota McPeak, Nicole Ammanniti, Codie Ammanniti, and Logan (Bailey) Ammanniti; and great-grandchildren: Thomas A. McPeak III, Beckett McPeak, and Elenore Blake Ammanniti.
In addition to his parents, Tom is preceded in death by his wife, Judi (Ballard) McPeak, whom he married January 14, 1966; granddaughter, Ashley Nicole McPeak; and brothers: Dennis and Paul Fay.
Friends will be received on Saturday, November 22, 2025, from 11:00am until a funeral service beginning at 12:00pm at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, OH 44811. Burial will follow at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery.
