Terry Moore

Terry Moore, 54, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at his home.  He was born December 22, 1966 in Sandusky the son of Gerald and Doris (Stallard) Moore.

Terry was currently employed for 35 years by the Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde.  Better known by his friends as “Melvin Monster”, he loved to have fun, laugh and was always up for a good bonfire.  He enjoyed the outdoors, especially mushroom hunting, fishing, and camping.  He was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, Browns, and Indians.  Terry loved his family and cherished his time as “Papaw Melmon” to his grandchildren.

He is survived by his fiancée, Brenda Stokes; 5 sons, Eric Meyer, Kyle Moore, Dylan (Evelyn Meija) Moore, Austin (Hannah) Moore, and Dakota Moore; 7 grandchildren: Elexis, Grason, Julia, Addie, Malcolm, Alex, Charlie; and siblings, Toni Bartlett and Tim Moore.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents.

Friends will be received on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 4-8 p.m. at First Freewill Baptist Church, 929 North Main Street, Clyde, Ohio 43410 where additional calling hours will begin on Monday at 10 a.m. until a funeral service begins at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at McPherson Cemetery.  A luncheon will be held immediately following burial at First Freewill Baptist Church. Foos Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Clyde is assisting the family with arrangements.
