Steven Juliano, age 56, of Bellevue, OH, passed away on February 14, 2026, at The Bellevue Hospital. Steven was born on April 5, 1969, in Bellevue, the son of the late Kenneth and Rosetta (Crapsey) Juliano.
Steven was truly a jack-of-all-trades who seemed able to fix just about anything, and he never hesitated to lend a hand to someone in need. A self proclaimed nerd, Steven had a passion for trains, amateur astronomy, video games, and everything in between. He found joy in the simple things like riding his bike, caring for animals (especially his beloved cat, Buddah), and listening to whatever music spoke to his soul. Some of his happiest moments were spent gathered with family and friends around a bonfire, where his warm, heartfelt laugh could always be heard. Above all else, Steven was a devoted husband to Stacey and a loving father to his daughters, Brittany, Caitlin, and Desiray, roles he cherished more than anything in life.
Steven is survived by his loving wife, Stacey Juliano, whom he married on November 15, 2002; daughters, Brittany Juliano, Caitlin Juliano, and Desiray Houlett; brother, Michael Juliano; sister, Stephanie (Brian) Poore; aunt, Diane Holly; many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and numerous other family members in his life that cherished and looked up to him.
In addition to his parents, Steven is preceded in death by his sister, Annette Kessler; and grandparents, Marian and Anthony Juliano.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 12:00 until a funeral service begins at 2:00pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, OH 44811. Following the funeral service, burial with military honors will take place at Flat Rock Cemetery.
