Steven W. Harkey

Steven W. Harkey, age 69 of Clyde, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022, at his home. Steven was born April 9, 1953, in Fremont, the son of the late Donald and Pauline Harkey (Krause).

Steven was a lifelong resident of Clyde. He loved to spend time with his dog, Doobie, and could often be found at the dog park in Clyde. He enjoyed playing the lottery and KENO at the Clyde Eagles, and riding Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Steven is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Brian) Zeadker of Sandusky; grandchildren: Brennan, Brittany, Noah, Evan, Amber, Lisa, and Zachary; great-grandchildren: Paisleigh and Barrett; and siblings: Michael (Bev) Harkey of Kendallville, IN, Jennifer (Roger) House of Clyde, and Robert (Roz) Harkey of Mobile, AL.

In addition to his parents, Steven is preceded in death by his son, Donald A. Harkey.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022, at 10-11:30am at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410. Burial will follow at McPherson Cemetery.
