Shirlee D. Harvey

Shirlee D. Harvey, 80, of Republic passed away Friday, November 20, 2020 at her home.  She was born July 18, 1940 in Haleyville, Alabama the daughter of James R. and Nancy Irene (Canida) Weaver.

Shirlee married Ronny Lee Harvey on August 2, 1958 at St. John’s Lutheran Church.  He preceded her in death on December 25, 2016.

Shirlee was a member of Flat Rock Ebenezer United Methodist Church, the Eastern Star, Eagles Auxiliary, and VFW Auxiliary.

She is survived by her daughter, Lori A. Pagani of Copley; son, James P. (Lori) Harvey of Livinston, MT; 8 grandchildren: Mindy K. Harvey, Brittany (Brock) Strayer-Arebaugh, Ashley (Dillon McMurray) Strayer, Tiffany (Trina) Strayer, Kasey Pagani, Zachary Pagani, Jessica (Tommy) Harvey-Lilley, and Kelley Harvey; and 12 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, and husband she is preceded in death by her siblings: Ordis Weaver, James Audrey Weaver, Gladys Mays-Ledger, and Emmett “Buck” Weaver.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 from 1 p.m. until a memorial service begins at 3 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.  Under current mandate’s set forth by the State of Ohio, social distancing and a mask will be required.
