Sandra (Sidoti) Downing

Sandra (Sidoti) Downing, age 76 of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at the Bellevue Care Center.  She was born June 1, 1946, in Bellevue, the daughter of the late James Joseph and Angeline (Damante) Sidoti.

Sandra worked numerous years at Fanny Farmer and retired from the Bellevue Care Center. She enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to music with her grandchildren, bingo and dancing. She had a beautiful caring heart and smile. She also loved her nephews, nieces, and cousins.  

Sandra is survived by her children, Dennis (Kim) Downing, Jr., Sethe Dickman, Angela (Tim) Halbisen; grandchildren, Tiffany Lake, Carrie (Brandon) Blakely, Jordan (Autumn) Halbisen, Daniel (Lexi) Wollenslegel, Alyssa Halbisen, Heather (Nick) Moses, Alicia (Matt) Mittelsteadt, Natalie (Mitch) McGrady, Brandon Downing, Anthony Downing, and Vincent Dickman; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Vincent (Mary) Sidoti; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marie (Walter) Dilworth.

Friends will be received Sunday, October 23, 2022, from 1-3 pm, with a memorial service beginning at 3 pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
