Ruth C. Wiswell

Ruth C. Wiswell, 65, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday March 15, 2023 at The Willows at Bellevue.  She was born December 10, 1957 in Tiffin, Ohio the daughter of Lawrence and Betty (Biller) Humbarger.

Ruth was a servant of God, and to her family.  She loved family get togethers, and caring for kids and grandchildren.  She was a member of the Clyde Church of God.

Ruth married Jim Wiswell on January 12, 1980 in Clyde, Ohio; He survives along with their two sons, Jeremy (Sarah) Wiswell of Woodville and Elijah (Jessica) Wiswell of Bellevue; daughter, Angel Ward of Bellevue; 6 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Mary (Norbert) Missler of Bellevue; and her mother, Betty Humbarger of Bellevue.

She is preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Humbarger.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, from 11 a.m. until a funeral service begins at 1 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue .  Burial will follow at York Chapel Cemetery.
