Rosemary E. (Groff) Miano, 88, of Broken Arrow, OK and formerly of Bellevue passed away Friday, October 31, 2025 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born October 9, 1937 in Bellevue the daughter of Edmund and Eleanor (Gerhardstein) Groff.
Rosemary attended Immaculate Conception School and graduated from Bellevue Senior High School in 1955. She married Joseph A. Miano on June 22, 1957 at Immaculate Conception Church in Bellevue. He preceded her in death in 2016.
Rosemary is survived by her daughter, Karee Ann Miano and son, Scott J. Miano; grandchildren: Joseph Scott Biagio (Amy) Miano, Elisha Marie (Kirk) Piscitello, and Lindsey Rochelle (Jim) Hrobak; great grandchildren: Braxton A. Piscitello, Mahayla G. Piscitello, Natalie Ellis and Haley Ellis; brother-in-law, William Toole; sisters-in-law, Rose Mayle and Patricia Chance Schaeffer; along with numerous nieces, nephews and special friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Greg A. Miano; and sister, Marlene Ann Miller-Toole.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Bellevue Catholic Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Midtown Event Room, 221 E. Main Street, Bellevue. Foos & Foos Funeral Service is in care of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, Rosemary requested donations be made to a Cancer foundation (breast, leukemia), American Heart Association or a No Kill Animal Shelter of your choice.
