Ronald E. Koch

Ronald Koch, age 88 of Woodville, passed away Monday, October 16, 2023, at his home. Ronald was born February 27, 1935, in Bucyrus, OH, the son of the late Edward and Helen (Blankenship) Koch.

Ronald served in the United States Army and was a graduate of The Ohio State University. He enjoyed politics, singing, telling stories, and going to flea markets and auctions. Ronald loved his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ronald's grandchildren describe him as a very intelligent and stubborn old man. 

Ronald is survived by his daughter, Michelle Howey of Fremont; grandchildren: Lisa (Adam) Lowery and Joshua (Mallory) Howey; and great-grandchildren: Uriyah and Kingston Lowery, Dayne, Brystol, Coltyn, and Brooklyn Howey.

In addition to his parents, Ronald is preceded in death by his wife, Carol (Stalzer) Koch; son, David Koch; and brother, Samuel Koch.

Friends will be received on Friday, November 10, 2023, from 5:00pm until a memorial service beginning at 7:00pm at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410.
