Obituary
Ronald Dendinger, 66, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, April 9, 2023 at his home. He was born January 1, 1957 in Bellevue the son of Raymond Dendinger and Freda (McConnell) Schreiner.
Ron began his career at the Whirlpool Corp. in Clyde, he later worked for the Post Office until his retirement. Ron loved to play the drums, cards and fishing. Most of all he cherished his grandchildren and was their top supporter.
He is survived his wife, Penny (Ellis) Dendinger, whom he married on April 13, 2013; daughters, Melissa (Justin) Hasselbach, Chrystal (Dennis Collins) Ready, Rebecca Smith, and Richard (Heather) Smith; 6 grandchildren: Skyler, McKenzie, Madison, Jaxon, Shia, and Eli; and brother, Michael Dendinger.
In addition to his parents, Ron is preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara D. (Stiles) Dendinger; granddaughter, Bayley Collins; brothers, Paul Dendinger and Richard Dendinger; and stepson, Robert Smith.
Friends will be received on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue; A funeral service will begin on Friday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery.
