Roberta (Pitts) Seibert

Roberta Seibert, age 93 of Green Springs, OH, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Green Springs, OH. Roberta was born October 20, 1932, in Red Bush, KY, the daughter of the late Garfield and Beauleh (Smith) Pitts.

Roberta found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved spending time in her garden, tending to her flowers and taking pride in watching them bloom each season. A lover of quiet moments, she enjoyed reading a good book and relaxing with her favorite shows, especially The Golden Girls and Hallmark movies. Roberta was also known for her skill in canning, sharing the fruits of her labor with family and friends. She had a special place in her heart for her dogs, who brought her endless love and companionship throughout the years.

Roberta is survived by her children: Dave Seibert of Fostoria, Joanne (James) Foos of Fremont, Janet Ross of Erlin, Dean (Alissa Trevino) Seibert of Republic, Jerry (Heather) Seibert of Clyde, and Teresa (Tony Sims) Broadway of Clyde; grandchildren: Jeff, Jeremy, Dave, Shana, Lisa, Megan, Jessica, Aaron, Denver, Jason, Amanda, Monica, Kendra, T.J., Sherrie, and Bud; and many great-grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, Roberta is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Seibert; son, Tim Seibert; granddaughter, Deanne Meade; and brothers: Cecil and William Pitts.

Friends will be received on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 4-7:00pm at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 11:00am, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Butternut Ridge Cemetery.
