Richard Warner, 81, of Bellevue passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at The Bellevue Care Center. He was born February 12, 1939 in Bellevue the son of Arthur and Mardell (Meacham) Warner.
Richard worked as a machine operator for the Whirlpool Corp. where he retired from in 2002. He loved attending flea markets and being around people. He was an animal lover, especially his dogs and tending to his gardens.
Richard married Jean Elizabeth (Parker) on November 21, 1970 in Bellevue; She preceded him in death in 2004.
He is survived by his two children: Brian (Luz Galindo) Warner and Tracey (Rich Greene) Grimm; grandchildren: Ryder, Madilyn, Codey, Hunter, Donovan, Samantha, and Salina; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Ted (Ruth) Warner; sister, Jeanette Joseph, sisters in-laws Carolyn and Sue Warner, and a special neighbor, Linda Spayd.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; and brothers, William Warner and Danny Warner.
A graveside service will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Flat Rock Cemetery. Foos & Foos Funeral Service, Bellevue is in care of arrangements.
