Raymond Brooks

Raymond Brooks, age 43 of Clyde, passed away Friday, May 27, 2022, at The Bellevue Hospital in Bellevue, OH. Raymond was born February 19, 1979, in Sandusky the son of Gwendolyn Wammes (Coleman) and the late Ford Brooks.

Raymond was the kind of guy that would do anything for his family and friends. He loved spending time with them, listening to music, and laughing. Raymond’s passions were riding motorcycles, especially with his life partner, Jessica, and throwing darts with his friends. He loved his dogs, Opie, Tigg, and Jax. Raymond’s grandchildren held a special place in his heart. He adored them. Ride free Ray.

In addition to his mother, Raymond is survived by his children: Cory Brooks, Jonathan (Shania) Brooks, Haley (Alex) Brooks, and Kaylee Brooks, all of Clyde; grandchildren: Mylo Hush and Astro Brooks; life partner, Jessica Green of Clyde; brother, Dustin (Kelly) Brooks of Clyde; stepchildren: Tylan and Kaylyn Steward; and step-granddaughter, Skyelynn Bogart.

In addition to his father, Raymond is preceded in death by his stepfather, Brian Wammes.

Friends will be received Tuesday, May 31, 2022, from 10:00am until a funeral service beginning at 12:00pm, noon.
