Michelle L. (Koch) Howey

Michelle L. Howey, age 54 of Fremont, OH, passed away Monday, January 6, 2025, unexpectedly at her home. Michelle was born April 17, 1970, in Sandusky, OH, the daughter of the late Ronald Koch and Anna (Scott) Didion. 

Besides her love for gardening, Michelle loved her family, especially her grandkids. She loved watching their plays and sporting events that they were involved in. She loved being a part of their birthday parties, and was always snapping a photo. Her favorite season was Spring. She said, "because everything was new." Her dogwood tree bloomed a beautiful pink in color and she was so proud of it . She had a love for music and with every song she had a memory to go with it. She loved her parents so much and missed them dearly, but the bond between her and her brother was like no other. They are now all together again .

Michelle is survived by her children: Joshua Howey of Clyde, and Lisa (Adam) Lowery of Clyde; grandchildren: Uriyah and Kingston Lowery, Dayne, Brystol, Coltyn, and Brooklyn Howey; and significant other, Glenn Elliot.

In addition to her parents, Michelle is preceded in death by her brother, David Koch, and step-mother, Carol Koch.

Friends will be received on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 12:00-2:00pm and from 4:00pm until a funeral service beginning at 7:00pm at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410.
