Michael J. Dziak, Jr.

Michael J. Dziak, age 61 of Clyde, passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo following an accident. Michael was born February 4, 1960 in Tremont, OH the son of the late Michael J. Dziak, Sr. and Gloria (Fazio) Pritt.

Michael and his siblings shared many fond memories of their early years. As a youth he enjoyed making others laugh and began to hone in on his great sense of humor. Michael was a devoted son, husband, father, grandfather, and friend.  He cherished family time and creating memories. Was always willing to help, and put others needs in front of his own. He took great pride in his work, and was an inquisitive deep thinker. He was in the paving industry for over 40 years, and owned and operated Action Asphalt. His love for learning and ability to apply his knowledge allowed him to accomplish anything he put his mind to. He built his own home with his wife and they always worked together as an inseparable team. He loved to write, sing, draw, play the guitar, was mechanically inclined, and was always fabricating on things to improve them. His life's highlights were: finding the love of his life, his son and grandsons' births, and watching them grow creating many memories with them. He especially loved entertaining, and making his grandchildren laugh with that contagious sense of humor that was perfected over time. There is a void on the Earth, but another angel in heaven.

What a joyous reunion it had to have been with his missed loved ones, when he entered the kingdom of heaven.

Michael is survived by his wife, Connie (Soltis) Dziak, whom he married July 7, 1979; son, Michael (Angela) Dziak of Fremont; grandsons: Michael and Maxwell Dziak; brothers: Jim (Anita) Leonard of Florida and Ken (Pam) Leonard of Strongsville; sister, Jane (Pritt) Looney of West Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

Michael was honored to have had a second father, Jim Pritt, who preceded him in death along with his parents, and brothers: Larry Leonard and Bear Pritt.

Services for Michael will be held privately. The family would cherish any comment or stories you shared with Michael.
