Michael Andrew Ball

Michael A. Ball, age 74 of Fremont, OH, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Michael was born June 15, 1951, in Monroe, MI, the son of the late Joseph A. and Patricia R. (Malone) Ball.

Michael found his greatest joy in spending time with his family, who were always at the center of his life. He loved attending Life enrichment through Sandco Industries. He loved settling in to watch NASCAR, always cheering for his favorite driver, Jeff Gordon, and never missed a good wrestling match. Michael also enjoyed the simple pleasures of life: shopping, trying new bites at local food trucks, and winding down with his beloved Hallmark movies. His easygoing nature, big heart and the way he made every moment feel special will be deeply missed by all who loved him. 

Michael is survived by his wife, Suzanne (Horne) Ball; sister, Susan Dornquast; caregivers: Amy (Ronnie) Morton and Theresa Norwood, Angella Simon; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Michael is preceded in death by his siblings: Patricia Toller, Ellen Siebel, John Chase, and Wanda Downing.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 5:00pm until a memorial service beginning at 7:00pm at Foos Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 E. McPherson Hwy, Clyde, OH 43410. 

In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations to be used for helping others at Life Enrichment Center/Sandco, 567 Premier Dr, Clyde, OH 43410.
