Maynard Jarvis Grubb

Maynard Jarvis Grubb, 78, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, August 25, 2024 at his home in Bellevue.  He was born July 29, 1946 in Bellevue the son of Marvin and Ruby (Cunningham) Grubb.

He was a graduate of Bellevue High School and worked for Armstrong Air in Bellevue for 45 years.  Maynard loved watching NASCAR and could regularly be seen sitting on his front porch waving at the cars passing by when he wasn’t visiting with neighbors. He also enjoyed polishing rocks and loved doing yard work, and will be missed by his beloved cat, Jarvis.

He is survived by his wife, Carrie (Johnson) Grubb, whom he married on December 22, 1990 in Bellevue; and twin sister, Marcia (Fred) Briggs of Indiana.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Dr. Randall Grubb and Corby Grubb.

Private services will be held.  Foos & Foos Funeral Service, Bellevue is assisting the family with arrangements.
