Marlene Andres Obituary

Marlene Andres, 82, of Bellevue passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at the Stein Hospice Care Center.

She was born February 25, 1936 in Bellevue the daughter of Gorge and Florence (Bilger) Straub.  Marlene worked for many years at Progress Plastics in Bellevue.  She loved playing bingo, dogs, and especially family dinners.

She is survived by her son: Emil Andres of Bellevue; daughters: Rita (Angel Perez) Andres of Bellevue, Mary Halbisen of Fremont, and Sue Cox of Bellevue; 6 Grandchildren: Hollie, Adam, Mitchell (Stephanie) , Jacob, D.J., and Alyssa; 9 great grandchildren; a brother, Larry Straub of Bellevue; sisters: Evelyn Cameron, Marge Frank, and Mary Hansard; and her beloved Chihuahua “Gomez”.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Helen Trendowicz; and brothers, Bud Straub, Art Straub, and Gene Straub.

Private family services will be observed.  Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue is in care of arrangements.
