Marjorie Jensen

Marjorie Jensen, 84, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, April 11, 2021 at her home.  She was born December 3, 1936 in Village Springs, Alabama, the daughter of Stephen A. and Arsilene Gussa (Baggett) Ellis.

Marjorie loved God and her family.  She enjoyed listening to Christian music and having large family gatherings.  She enjoyed the outdoors (if there weren’t many bugs) and spring flowers especially yellow roses.  In her younger years she enjoyed flying as well as photography, birdwatching, crocheting, and embroidery.

She is survived by her three children: Anthony Raney, Denise Raney, and Tena Green; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; and her siblings, Carol Reid, Nancy Torres, Sandy Lewis, John Ellis, and Lola Miller.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl J. Jensen whom she married on May 13, 1977; and brother, Rex Ellis.

Private services with burial at Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky will be observed.  Foos & Foos Funeral Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
