Lorraine Cooper

Lorraine Cooper, 87, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, February 8, 2025 at The Bellevue Care Center.  She was born March 3, 1937 in Garfield, Arkansas the daughter of Rosco and Flosses (Reynolds) Hall.  

Lorraine was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She as a member of Grace Community Church in Fremont, OH. Later in life, Lorraine resided at the Rotary Commons in Bellevue where she enjoyed her neighbors and taking part in the community activities. 

Lorraine is survived by her son, Christopher Hoyt of Bellevue; 3 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and sisters, Ella Mae Frederickson, Judy Hutchinson and Bobbie Oftriwdki.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Connie Laub; granddaughter, Nikki Hoyt; and sisters, Alice, Wanda, and JoAnn. 

Friends will be received on Sunday, February 16, 2025 from 1 p.m. until a funeral service begins at 4 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.  Interment will be in Bellevue Cemetery at a later date.
