Larry Mullins, 63, of Bellevue, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at The University Hospital in Cleveland. He was born on April 16, 1962, in Hazard, KY, to Riley and Girlie (Haynes) Mullins.
A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Larry treasured time spent with his family, dedicating his later years to his grandchildren. He had a great love for the outdoors, spending countless hours hunting and fishing. Larry was a true fighter, battling a heart diagnosis for 18 years.
He is survived by his wife, Pam (Foster), whom he married on October 29, 1983, in Bellevue; his son, William (Jamie) Mullins of Bellevue; his daughter, Sierra (Andrew) Mullins of Wakeman; four grandchildren: London, Sydney, Gabriel, and Aethen; a brother, Arthur Mullins of Hindman, KY; and sisters, Vonda Collins of Greenup, KY, and Maxine Coleman of Martinsville, VA.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Harold Mullins, and a sister, Marlene Pigman.
Friends will be received on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 1 p.m. until the funeral service begins at 4 p.m. at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
