Karen David, 61, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Heritage Village in Clyde. She was born June 5, 1960 in Bellevue the daughter of Robert and Ileta (Reilly) Pittenger.
Karen was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary and VFW Auxiliary, where she served as an officer as well as the American Legion. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, cheering for the Cleveland Browns and spending time outdoors camping, fishing, and boating.
She is survived by her son, James David of Pickerington; daughters, Connie Norman of Norwalk, Jinnie (Joe) Chase of Bellevue, and Stacy (Matt) Thomsen of Sandusky; grandchildren: Aiden David, Aaron Chase, Mackenzie and Landon Thomsen, and Sean Davis; brother-in-law, Dan Seamon of Bellevue; aunt, Peg Tuttamore, and numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
Karen is preceded in death by her husband, James R. David, whom she married on September 29, 1995; her parents, and sisters: Kathy Seamon, Brenda (Jim) Walters, Joyce King, and Bobbi (Carm) Loparo.
Friends will be received Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021 from 4 – 7 pm at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. The funeral service will be held Friday, Nov. 12, 2021 at 1 pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at York Chapel Cemetery, Bellevue
