Judith L. Haughawout, 73, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, November 24, 2024 at The Stein Hospice in Sandusky. She was born August 27, 1951 in Bellevue, the daughter of Charles and Yvonne (Fawcett) Ferres.
Judy was a 1969 graduate of Bellevue Senior High School. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church - Groton, where she served as a Sunday school teacher as well as a past treasurer. More recently she attended St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Clyde and was a member of its’ Women’s Club.She was a member of the Bellevue Eagles Auxiliary 490, a past treasurer of NARVE 147. She enjoyed sewing, crafting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Judy married Jeffery Haughawout on March 25, 1978 at St. John’s Lutheran Groton. He survives along with their children: Jason (Deanna) Haughawout of Clyde and Dr. Jill (Ryan Inkrott) Haughawout of Raleigh, NC; grandchildren: Brandon Haughawout, Ava Inkrott, Finn Inkrott, Andy Adams and Cody Adams; a brother, Steve Ferres of Bellevue; and sisters, Cathy Havice of Bellevue and Lori (Sam) Adams of Bellevue.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother-in-law, Firm Havice.
Friends will be received on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 from 10 am until a memorial service begins at 11 am at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 147 W. Forest Street, Clyde, Ohio 43410. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memory Gardens at a later date. Foos & Foos Funeral Service, Bellevue is assisting with arrangements.
