Judith Elmlinger

Judy Elmlinger, 80, of Monroeville passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at Twilight Gardens in Norwalk.  She was born February 21, 1942, in Bellevue the daughter of Henry and Leone (Shetter) Finkler.

Judy was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Monroeville; Altar Rosary Society; Study Club; and volunteered for many years at The Bellevue Hospital.  She enjoyed cooking, playing cards, tending to her flowers, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Judy married Bernard “Bernie” Elmlinger on July 14, 1962, at Immaculate Conception Church, Bellevue; He survives along with their four children: Suzanne (Rick Trushel) Elmlinger of Willard, Douglas (Tina) Elmlinger of Monroeville, Patrick Elmlinger of Toledo, and Thomas (Kelley Keaton) Elmlinger of Monroeville; Grandchildren: Madison Elmlinger, Katelyn Elmlinger, Lillian Elmlinger, Alexis Elmlinger, Zack Keaton, and Morgan Patten.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and father and mother-in-law: Herman and Madeline (Thomas) Elmlinger.

Friends will be received on Thursday, April 28, 2022 from 4-7  p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue where the Rosary will be recited at 6:45 p.m. A funeral Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 66 Chapel Street, Monroeville, Ohio 44847.
