JoAnn Gawryszewski

JoAnn Gawryszewski, age 85, of Clyde, Ohio passed away on December 7, 2024 at Clyde Gardens Place. She was born on February 26, 1939, the daughter of the late John and Sadie (Roberts) DeFrank.

JoAnn was a member of many groups throughout the years. She was a part of the V.F.W Post 2529, the Orioles Club, the Lions Club, the Red Hats, Ohio State Teachers Association and the I.A.B. Club. She was also a retired high school teacher having dedicated herself to education teaching in both the Perkins and Clyde school systems. Joann attended Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church (ELCA).  She dedicated her life to the glory of God!

JoAnn is survived by her sons, Paul (Nancy) Gawryszewski of Woodstock, Georgia, and Jim (Margaret) Gawryszewski of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina; grandchildren, Megan, Maeve, and Mairead; and brothers, John DeFrank and Ronald DeFrank.

JoAnn is preceded in death by her parents.
