Jerry Beck

Jerrold “Jerry” D. Beck, 69, of Bellevue passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025 at the Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky.  He was born January 12, 1956 in Monroeville the son of Roy D. Beck and Laura (Meinen) Wagner.

Jerry worked at France Stone, now Hanson Aggregates his entire working career.  He was an avid motorcycle rider with a deep fondness for Harley Davidson’s, he also enjoyed gardening and fishing.  He was a loyal friend and father-like figure to many, he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jerry is survived by his beloved wife, Sherry (Geiss), whom he married June 18, 1977 in Norwalk; two daughters, Autum Beck of Warren, MI and Alicia (Derrick) Murray of Bellevue; 3 grandchildren: Kamry (Walker) Nafe, Kayden (Colton Bartl) Sawyer, and Carter Rebitz; 2 great grandchildren: Sebastian Nafe and Renesmae Bartl; brother, Larry (Peggy) Beck of Bellevue and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Clair “Popeye” Wagner; granddaughter, LIllith Murray; and sisters, Virginia Beck and Linda Lou Kessler.

A celebration of life will be announced in the near future.  Foos & Foos Funeral Service, Bellevue is assisting with arrangements.
