Jeffrey Sleasman, 69, of Clyde passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 at University Hospital in Cleveland. He was born June 14, 1952 the son of Merle R. and Phyllis L. (Harrison) Sleasman in Findlay, Ohio.
Jeff was employed at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Green Springs for 42 years, working as a Maintenance Technician. He actively attended Family Worship Center in Fremont where served as a greeter along with his wife. He enjoyed researching World War 1 & 2 military aircrafts as well as making model aircrafts. He enjoyed woodworking, listening to music, and collecting vinyl records.
He is survived by his wife, Diana (Arter), whom he married October 5, 1999 in Tiffin; Children: Nathan Longbrake of Tiffin, Teresa Danielle Sleasman-Duck of British Columbia, Lucas Colt Sleasman of Columbus, Jacob S. Sleasman of Columbus, and Mary Kathleen Sleasman of Columbus; two grandsons; and sisters, Jody Sleasman of Florida and Jamie Aiken of Mogadore, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of Jeffrey’s life will be held on Sunday, October 24, 2021 from 2-4 p.m. at 3970 E. County Road 113, Green Springs, Ohio. The family requests that those in attendance please maintain proper social distancing measures. Foos Funeral Home & Cremation Service is in care of arrangements.
