Jeanette (Peters) Lyons

Jeanette Lyons, 68, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at the Cleveland Clinic following a lengthy illness.  She was born March 17, 1957 in Bellevue, the daughter of Donald L. and Berniece (Weilnau) Peters.  

Jeanette found joy in crafting floral wreaths and memorial saddles for the cemetery. A generous soul, she readily offered help and extended a warm welcome to everyone who entered her home.

She is survived by her husband, George Lyons whom she married in 1998; three children: Leslie (Darcy) Andecover, David (Lillian) Townsend, and Daniel Potts; 5 grandchildren: Shelby DeWitt, Tristen DeWitt, Lindsey DeWitt, Amber DeWitt, and Owen Townsend; a brother, Mike (Sandra) Peters; and sister, Vicki Peters.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Friends will be received on Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 1 p.m. until a funeral service begins at 4 p.m.  at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
