Jeanette Aderholt

Jeanette Aderholt, 75, of Flat Rock passed away Monday, December 30, 2024 at her home.  She was born September 17, 1949 in Haleyville, Alabama the daughter of Elbert and Mary Estelle (Nesmith) Ward.

Jeanette enjoyed watching murder mysteries and soap opera’s.  She was an excellent cook, and enjoyed caring for her flowers at home.  She will be missed by her beloved dog “Ted”.

She is survived by her siblings: Elbert “Sherman” Ward, Bernice Burleson, Dianne Ward, and Shirley Lauderdale; fiance, John Pesnell; step-daughter, Rachel Mae Scott; and dear friend, Deby Barnhouse.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Aderholt whom she married in Haleyville; son, Jerry “Junior” Aderholt; and sisters, Judy Bell McGough and Linda Clayton.

There will be no services, Foos & Foos Funeral Service, Bellevue is assisting with arrangements.
