Jaclyn Frazier

Jaclyn Frazier, 29, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at her home.  She was born April 17, 1992, in Martin, Kentucky the daughter of Jack Frazier and Linda (Fitzpatrick) Tuttamore.

Jaclyn was employed at Thomas Steel Inc. where she worked as a painter.  She was very proud of her job and doing the same job as her late stepfather.  Jaclyn collected Elvis memorabilia and was also a member of the Elvis Fan Club.  She enjoyed animals, Marvel movies, and binge-watching shows with her mom on the weekends.  Jaclyn adored and cherished the time spent with her nephews.

She is survived by her mother, Linda Tuttamore of Bellevue; father, Jack (Jamie) Frazier of Mt. Sterling, KY; brother, Zach (Hannah) Frazier of Bellevue; sister, Sarah Tuttamore of Britton, MI; stepbrother, Johnny Ratliff of KY; stepsister, Kelsea Rowland of KY; grandmothers, Pat Fitzpatrick of Bellevue, and Daisy “Bee” Frazier of Fremont; and nephews, Ben and Sam Frazier and Jackson Oney.

Jaclyn is preceded in death by her stepfather, Gary Tuttamore; and her grandfathers: Willie “Abe” Fitzpatrick and Jack Frazier Sr.

Friends will be received on Tuesday, February 22, 2022, from 11 a.m. until a Time of Remembrance begins at 2 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.  Burial will follow at Butternut Ridge Cemetery.
