Holly R. Cooper, age 59 of Bellevue, OH, passed away Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at the Bellevue Care Center in Bellevue, OH. Holly was born October 9, 1965, in Anchorage, AK, the daughter of the late Marvin L. and Mary Jo (McLaughlin) Cooper.
Holly was an extremely talented phlebotomist who took great pride in her work and was known for her steady hand and compassionate heart. Her dedication and strong work ethic were evident in every task she undertook, and she truly found fulfillment in caring for others. As a single mother, Holly was nothing short of amazing—she faced life’s challenges with strength and grace, always putting her family first. She loved spending time doing crosswords, browsing flea markets and garage sales, and finding joy in life’s little treasures. Her greatest joy came from being with her grandchildren, whom she adored beyond measure. Holly’s warmth, resilience, and generous spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Holly is survived by her children: Zachary (Azia Salle) Cooper of Clyde, and Madison (Tim) Little of Bellevue; grandchildren: Cayden, Kyran, Karson, Riley, and Maverick; siblings: Lori (Clive) Holbrook of Bellevue, and Daniel Cooper of Amelia Island, FL; brother-in-law: George Rospert of Bellevue; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Holly is preceded in death by her sister, Robin Rospert; niece, Jordan Holbrook; and boyfriend, Chad Fritz.
Friends will be received on Saturday, July 5, 2025, from 12:00pm until a funeral service beginning at 4:00pm at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Pl, Bellevue, OH 44811.
