Harry C. Wood

Harry C. Wood, 83, of Bellevue passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021 at the Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky.  He was born May 9, 1937 in Bellevue the son of Harry F. and Dorothy Mae (Curtiss) Wood.

Harry was a United States Army Veteran.  He was a member of the Korean Methodist Church in Sandusky and accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

He married Chae Seo on May 6, 1960 at the American Embassy in South Korea.  She preceded him in death in 2019.

Harry is survived by his two sons: Donald Wood of Bellevue and Harry (Seo) Wood of Bellevue; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, Harry is preceded in death by his daughter, Kimberly Wood; and sister, Lurline Barr.

Friends will be received on Friday, April 2, 2021 from 11 a.m. until a funeral service begins at 1 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. Social distancing and masks are required.  Burial with military honors will follow at McPherson Cemetery.
