Guy C. Tooley, age 91 of Clyde, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at The Bellevue Hospital. Guy was born March 18, 1930 in Sycamore, OH, the son of the late Leroy and Vera Tooley.
He served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged. He was a retired employee of Whirlpool. He was a member of Harvest Baptist Temple in good standing for over 43 years and served faithful in any capacity necessary and with all diligence. He was a deacon for many years and could be counted on to be at church for any and all functions. He had loved to go on visitation and tell others about Jesus. He liked to help out at the Harvest Temple Christian Academy and was loved by young and old alike. He was a committed worker at the Golden Apples every month putting John/Romans together. His faithfulness to family, the church and His Savior left him with a wonderful testimony of a true Christian and what a godly man should look like.

In addition to his parents, Guy is preceded in death by his wife, Jeanette Grace Tooley, whom he married June 22, 1959, and siblings: Junior, Charles, and Wade Tooley.
