Ginger E. Jones, 66, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2026. Born on December 31, 1959, in Duluth, Georgia, she was the daughter of Pauline Hulsey and the late James E. Hulsey.
Ginger was a vibrant, smiling soul who brought joy to everyone. She loved family cookouts, trips to Myrtle Beach with her son, and shopping with her mother. She also loved animals, especially visiting the Humane Society to walk dogs with her sister, Kelley, and her nieces and nephews.
Family was Ginger’s world. She leaves behind her loving significant other, Dana Simpson, who devotedly cared for her and their fur babies, Spicy and Lady, during her lengthy illness.
She is survived by her mother, Pauline Hulsey; her son, James Eugene Nobles (wife Nereyda), and children Maria and Christina; and her sister, Kelley L. Kubas, who treasured caring for and spending the last few years with Ginger.
She is also survived by her niece, Sacha N. Kubas (James Grimm), with whom she shared a very close bond; nephew, William J. Kubas; and great-nieces and great-nephews Aerionna, Christopher, James, Sophia, Jesse, and Kaylee.
Ginger also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins who thought she was special and loved her dearly.
Ginger is preceded in death by her father, James E. Hulsey; brother, Jameson E. Hulsey; and nephew, Gary A. Smith.
Her family extends deep gratitude to the close friends and compassionate caretakers who comforted her. Her bright spirit will be deeply missed.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 27th from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 1572 Co Rd 268, Vickery, Ohio. Foos Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Clyde is assisting with arrangements.
