Franklin Phillips, 55, of Bellevue passed away Friday, April 17, 2020 at The Bellevue Hospital. He was born January 26, 1965 in Sandusky, Ohio the son of John and Hazle (McClellan) Phillips.
He enjoyed fishing, boating, watching NASCAR and football, and listening to Pink Floyd.
He is survived by his wife, Amanda (Hineline), whom he married March 16, 1993 in Sandusky; Four Chlidren: Auburn Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Jonathon Phillips, and Barbara Phillips; 4 grandchildren: Amanda, Leah, Isabella, and Ezekiel; brother, Sam Phillips; and sisters, Pam Baramidze and Lori Gisewite.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Jerry Phillips.
As an expression of love and concern for the community, Franklin’s family has decided to have private services. Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue is in care of arrangements.
