Francis Zuck Jr.

Francis Zuck Jr., 72, of Bellevue passed away Friday, August 16, 2024 at the Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky.  He was born March 17, 1952 in Louisville, KY the son of Francis Sr. and Helen (Sanders) Zuck.

Francis worked at the former A. Schulman Inc. until his retirement in 2012.  He loved being outside, especially on the water.  He loved being out on his sailboat, spending time canoeing and camping.  His first love was his guitar, and he continued to play his whole life.  He also enjoyed flying RC airplanes.

He is survived by his wife, Lydia (Guimary) Zuck, whom he married in March 2000 in the Phillipines; a son, Aidan Zuck of Bellevue; daughter, Abigail Zuck of Fremont; brother, Travis and wife, Emma  Zuck of Alabama; sister, Brenda Chaney of Missouri; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Janice Zuck; and three other siblings in their infancy.

Friends will be received on Saturday, August 24, 2024 from 10 a.m. until a funeral service begins at Noon at First Church of Bellevue, 901 Northwest Street, Bellevue, Ohio 44811.  Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery.
