Elsa Willoughby Obituary

Elsa Willoughby, 84, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at her home. She was born January 8, 1936 in Mt. Sterling, KY the daughter of Anderson and Thelma (Allen) Willoughby.

Elsa is survived by her two daughters, Mildred (John) Keck of Green Springs and Kim (Philip Gregory) Goldsberry of Cleveland Heights, OH; a son, Richard (Chris Bond) Stombaugh of Bellevue; 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild; two brothers, Thomas Willoughby and Jerry Willoughby; and two sisters: Jewel Fox and Janice Wilson.

Elsa is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Goldsberry; sister, Pauline Risner; and brothers, John Willoughby and Paul Martin.

Private family services will be observed. Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue is in care of arrangements.
