Edward Vargo

Edward Vargo, age 81, of Norwalk, OH, passed away on November 14, 2024, at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab Center. Edward was born on September 10, 1943, in Cleveland, OH.

Edward served in the United States Air Force and retired from the Ohio Veterans Home as a police officer.  In his spare time, he loved golfing and watching baseball. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. Edward loved going out to eat, especially at his favorite Bob Evans in Norwalk.

Edward is survived by his wife, Janice (Adams) Vargo; stepson, Jay (Theresa) Hensley of Fremont; grandchildren, Erin (Matt) Hensley-Voland of Franklin, IN, and Amanda (Matt) Hensley-Vecchio of Twinsburg, OH; and great grandchildren, Malia, Jordyn, and Amaya.

Edward is preceded in death by his parents; stepson, Barry Hensley; and his Father and Mother-in-Law, Arley and Estie Adams.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
