Earl Potts

Earl Potts, 87, of Republic passed away Thursday, June 12, 2025 at his home.  He was born August 12, 1937 in Hannibal, Ohio the son of Earl R. and Eleanor (Kocher) Potts.

Earl loved to be outside.  He enjoyed a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise, doing yard work, and camping.

He is survived by his special friend, Betty McHargue; sons, Earl E. Pott and James Potts; brother, Herman of Woodsfield, Ohio; and sisters, Orvella, Beverly, and Bonnie.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Robert; brother, Gary; and sister, Lana.

Friends will be received on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 10 a.m. until a funeral service begins at 11 at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue.
