Dr. George Michael Cotterman

Dr. George Michael Cotterman, 70, of Bellevue, Ohio passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Stein Hospice in Sandusky, Ohio.  He was born on March 11, 1949 in Gary, Indiana to the late Dr. V.L. and Phyllis Cotterman.

George (Mike) attended The Ohio State University for his undergrad and for his medical schooling.  He practiced in Fremont, Ohio, Dublin, Ohio, Bellevue, Ohio, and Barnesville, Ohio for 35 years.

He was a member of the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, AMA, a Gold Life Master in the American Contract Bridge League, Member of Ohio History, and enjoyed playing golf.

George (Mike) is survived by his wife of 46 years, Donna (Jenkins) Cotterman, son, Brian (Heather) Cotterman of Denver, CO, son Timothy of Bellevue, and his grandchildren: Kylee, Hailey, and Cody Cotterman of Denver, CO.

In honoring Mike’s wishes, there will be no services.  Arrangements are entrusted to Foos & Foos Funeral Service, Bellevue, Ohio.
